How much do you charge?

Every job is unique and there is no blanket answer. However, we have a $250 minimum charge for service calls. Subsequent hours are $150 per hour. Typically for larger projects, I will meet you in person at the property for a complimentary walk-through to discuss your needs. I will then create an itemized estimate for your project, which I send to you via email for your review.  If you decide to move forward, my office staff will schedule the work and there will be no surprises in costs or work accomplished.
