FAQ

  • How much do you charge?

Every job is unique and there is no blanket answer. However, we have a $300 minimum charge for service calls. Subsequent hours are $200 per hour. Typically for larger projects, I will meet you in person at the property for a complimentary walk-through to discuss your needs. I will then create an itemized proposal for your project, which I send to you via email for your review. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule the work and there will be no surprises in costs or work accomplished.
